The Junior League of Brooklyn (JLB) is an organization of women committed to promoting voluntarism, developing the potential of women, and improving communities through the effective action and leadership of trained volunteers. Its purpose is exclusively educational and charitable.
REACHING OUT STATEMENT:
The Junior League of Brooklyn reaches out to women of all races, religions and national origins who demonstrate an interest in and commitment to voluntarism.
VISION STATEMENT:
The Junior League of Brooklyn will become Brooklyn’s leading women’s volunteer organization that effects enduring and meaningful change in our community through the knowledgeable and organized efforts of our members.
